Introduction

The project pypsdier was born around 2008, when mathematical engineering student Sebastian Flores and phd candidate Pedro Valencia meet for a university class. They started working on a matlab implementation for the reaction-diffusion equations that Pedro needed often to solve to compare lab measures with the theoric framework. They generalized the model to include a variable radius, and make possible the solution of any reaction by introducing the reaction function as a parameter to a very generalized solver, that was named pypsdier.
